Visit the checkout page to see if we ship to your country. The shipping availability depends product to product but we ship to almost all countries around the world, for free. We have even sent a package to a remote South Pacific island where only one cargo ship visits every other week.

No, you can order as a guest as well. However, if you have an account with us, you will receive the following benefits:

- Checkout is completed quickly.
- View your order status and history with ease.
- Receive notifications about new releases and great offers.

All major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX) as well as PayPal payments are accepted. Personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers and cash on delivery are not accepted.

All of our transactions are in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction. You can still complete the payment no matter your payment methods default currency.

Please contact us immediately to cancel or edit your order. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will instantly fully refund your order or allow changes.

If your order has been shipped, you will need to return and wait until we receive the package back until we can refund the order.

Contact us to change the address as soon as possible.

If your order has been processed or shipped, we can't change the address anymore. If we do not receive the package back from the incorrect address, you will not be refunded either.

Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually the tracking number will start updating one to two days after we have shipped the order.

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

The prices on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be responsible for duties and taxes after your item arrives.

Once your order reaches its final destination, your local customs agency may collect import taxes, tariffs, and related customs fees.

You are responsible for paying these fees and taxes; we will not cover them. We are not liable for any delays imposed by your country's customs authority. Please contact your local customs office for further information on charges.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order.

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned item or cancellation request if you paid by credit or debit card. If you have any queries about when the credit will be applied to your account, please contact the card-issuing bank.

Here's what you should do if you haven't yet gotten a credit for your return: Contact your bank or credit card provider. It could take some time for your refund to appear in your account.
